M.A. Illustration

I have now completed work on my M.A. in Illustration for Children’s Publishing.

This included a dissertation project looking at the differences and similarities of publishing illustrated books for children and for those with dementia. Many people with a relative with dementia will try giving their relative children’s books when they can no longer understand traditional books and magazines. These are usually totally inappropriate and my dissertation explains the reasons why.

Pictures to Share books for people with dementia

Pictures to Share have produced a new short film to show the books in use.
